Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped out the same day if paid and processed by 12 noon ET. If placed after 12 noon, your order may be shipped out the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, upon your request, we can provide you with the shipping details, including the tracking number via e-mail.

Actual delivery time will depend on your destination and the shipping service you selected.

For your protection, we recommend insuring all product shipments. Please let us know if you desire insurance on your shipment.

At this time, we ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S.  We are willing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada , United States Territories, APO, FOP, PO Box, or international addresses PROVIDED, however, it is up to the customer to determine and pay the actual shipping rates, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, and other charges as may be applicable.

Important notes on your Shipping Options and Delivery Time

• Delivery dates and schedules take into account business days only. (Monday - Friday). They DO NOT include Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays. Our Shipping Carrier will not deliver on any of these days. Example : If you place an order on Thursday, after 12 noon ET and you select "Next Day" service, your product will not be shipped out until Friday. Next Day service will mean delivery the next Monday and NOT Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
  
• Delivery time is calculated AFTER the product is shipped and not after the order is placed.
