for any reason you are not satisfied with your No.9 Store purchase,
simply notify us by email at customerservice@tedwilliams.com
or by telephone at (352) 746-4767. Ted Williams Family Enterprises,
Ltd. will immediately issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise
returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. |

To obtain full credit, returned packages must be unopened and
undamaged. Items that are returned unused and in resalable conditions
(at full prices and within 30 days) will not be charged a restocking
fee. The actual restocking fee depends on the item and its returned
condition. Damages to framed merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Other merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt and applicable
charges determined at the time of evaluation. If you have any questions

If your item arrived damaged, please refer to our Damaged Merchandise
policy and processing instructions below. Custom framing requests
will not be accepted for return, and no credit will be issued. All
items listed as "SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned,
and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Ted
Williams Family Enterprises, Inc. will be deducted from the purchase
price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms
must be met by you: |

Return
the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the
order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original ship
date. |

The
products must be returned in new, resalable condition. |

You
must include all packaging materials. |
|
 |
Packaging
materials must not be torn of damaged. |
|
 |
Seal
the box with shipping tape, not masking or scotch tape. Make sure
you remove any pre-existing labels or bar codes from the top of the
box. |

Certificates
of authenticity and any other product certifications must accompany
return. |
|
 |
We
will not accept returns without original certificates. |
|
 |
You
must pay any return shipping expense and provide proper insurance
coverage on the returned merchandise. If your shipment arrives damaged
during packing or damaged with inadequate insurance coverage on the
return shipment, no refund will be processed. |

Display
the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to
your refund. |

Merchandise

Please describe the damage to us and let us know if you want credit
or a replacement. Instructions will be provided to you regarding the
processing of the shipping claim. A delivery representative will be
notified to coordinate the inspection and pick-up of the damaged package
- DO NOT return this product to Ted Williams Family Enterprises, Ltd.
Do not discard any of the original packing materials - they must remain
with the damaged product for inspection. |

attached. Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Garments that

| Autograph
Returns - The
autographed item must be returned in perfect untampered condition.
Any merchandise returned damaged or with tampered holograms will not
be accepted and no credit will be issued. A 20% restocking fee is
applicable to damages to frames only. Any other damages will not be
accepted. Certificates of Authenticity must be returned with the item

and CDs - Our
No.9 Store video and CD return policy is not to accept merchandise
for return except in factory sealed, unopened cartons, unless the
